Its very rare that i get a chance to go out and just party as im usually working in clubland!
I wanted to go Hat Club cause i know its always a good night but especially as Sonny Wharton was headlining and i had heard a little of what he could do at another night and wanted to hear a full set!
And i cant say i was impressed........I was fucking blown away!!!!!!

Im very critical at times of dj's being one myself and its very rare, especially in London that i will hear someone play who i feel is worth talking about.

Sonny Wharton is someone who needs to be talked about, he is amazing!
Technically faultless, tune selection that is second to none and an energy that feeds the room!
Throw into the mix that he is a great down to earth bloke and you have in my opinion THE COMPLETE DJ!

Well done Hat Club and if there is anyone out there who ain t heard Sonny play, get it on your to do list!

Totally 100% correct in your review. Sonny was amazing and had the room buzzing the whole time. Tune selection, as Lewi said, was outstanding and really delivered what the crowd wanted. What an outstanding night

Even when he ejected the tune that was playing, he did it with a smile and got a positive reaction from eveyone!

It was a really fun night - i thoroughly enjoyed Roo & Henry's set, got to DJ to a wicked crowd, lost about 2stone in sweat and met lots of really nice ppl - all in all HAT CLUB ROCKED!! Whens the next one?? :)
